KARI GEARY – AIFD, CFD

Kari Geary, lead designer of Be Married, discovered her love and talent for floral design at just sixteen while working in a small flower shop.  She pursued a career following her passion, studying horticulture at Purdue University and later graduating from the Southern California School of Floral Design.  In 2004, she had the honor of being inducted into the American Institute of Floral Designers.  Since then, Kari has designed the flowers for hundreds of weddings and events.

Karmen Fletcher

Karmen Fletcher grew up always eager to create and make things beautiful. She graduated with a degree in Interior Design from IPFW-Purdue, but soon thereafter took a job at a local florist and discovered a love of flowers and an exciting new medium for design. In 2012 she opened her own business, Orchid and Willow, where she specialized in weddings and large events; showing her clients how original design can impact their special day was, and continues to be, a key objective to her work. She joined the Be Married family at the end of 2014 and has brought a fun and unique dynamic to the design room.
